CLIENT CASE STUDIES - FLIPKART: ECOMMERCE COMPANY ADVANCES REWARDS PROGRAM WITH FIREBLOCKS

I established the case study process at Fireblocks and developed half a dozen client stories. CASE STUDY: GOLANCE INTRODUCES STABLECOIN PAYMENTS AND ACHIEVES 4X SPEED-TO-MARKET WITH FIREBLOCKS

I wrote this in partnership with the goLance marketing team. goLance is an industry-leading online global freelance marketplace that connects skilled virtual teams and freelancers with clients, helping people work from anywhere more effectively and transparently. goLance chose to work with Fireblocks, bypassing a year-long infrastructure build and enabling freelancers to receive payments in stablecoins. CASE STUDY: KARATE COMBAT: FULL CONTACT KARATE SPORTS LEAGUE ESTABLISHES A COMMAND CENTER FOR DIGITAL OPERATIONS

I wrote this in partnership with the sales account manager. Karate Combat needed a secure way to store its private keys and native $KARATE token on the Ethereum and Hedera networks. To this end, Karate Combat partners with Fireblocks to create a command center to secure its digital assets from malicious insiders and manage day-to-day treasury operations. EBOOK - STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH BEYOND SERIES A GUIDE FOR FOUNDERS AND CEOS

eBooks are a great way to present information in a visual and dynamic way. We needed a content piece that would attract founders and give them practical advice after achieving Series A funding and raise awareness of the breadth and depth of SVB's relationships and network. The solution was an interactive eBook featuring six articles (with audio play).  I developed the topics, content briefs, worked with agency, edited, developed linking strategy and ads, chose all the images, and approved the design.

INTERACTIVE  CONTENT PLATFORM

In the age of information overload, it's crucial to create compelling content that catches people's attention. However, with the vast amount of content available online, it's equally important to track and evaluate your content's performance. By analyzing metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, where the audience stops reading, you can gain valuable insights into what content resonates with your target audience and make data-driven decisions to improve your content strategy. MESSAGING WORKSHOPS

A well-executed messaging workshop can offer an organization strategic direction, alignment, and consistency resulting in improved brand perception, increased customer engagement, and ultimately better business outcomes. We needed to revisit the web experience  and  align on messaging for pitch decks. Messaging workshops allowed us to clarify, focus on differentiation, elevating the value to the web visitors.

VIDEO - FX: GROWING GLOBALLY

In this three-part series, I collaborated closely with the designer, project manager, and FX expert to craft three impactful awareness FX videos. Guiding the project from inception to completion, I oversaw every aspect, from script creation to video delivery and distribution. These videos now stand as evergreen assets on website and have over 11K views effectively conveying the value of FX for businesses.

CLIENT CASE STUDIES AND QUOTES

Case studies, use cases, and verbal stories are all essential sales tools - and I have written many over the years. Most recently, I established the case study process, and together with a writer and project manager, we developed over a dozen client stories. We also created a shorter version of the case studies to be leveraged in the sales pitch deck.  Identified a need to create  unique social media ads with client quotes and worked with a designer and social team on promotion of each.

MARKET INSIGHT RESEARCH REPORTS

Market insights reports provide valuable information on investment and exits across various industries for clients, prospects, and investors in the innovation ecosystem. I gained a solid understanding the audiences, the current macro environment, and how those challenges may influence the thinking of founders and investors. I support the content strategy and delivery of these reports through various channels, such as emails, landing pages, infographics, blogs, webinars, and ad copy. This allowed me to effectively communicate the insights and findings to our target audience thought the content that I wrote.

Landing pages and web pages are critical components of any content strategy because they help to establish a strong first impression, increase conversion rates, improve the user experience, boost SEO, and reinforce your brand's identity. I have supported the messaging positioning for multiple websites and landing pages. I have worked on product launch pages, industry pages, special offer pages and more.

CORPORATE BROCHURE

I love creativity and design. I project managed the content development and design of the company's corporate brochure. We wanted it to be eye catching, easy to read and understand, inexpensive to print, and elevate our new branding. The solution was a z-fold design, leveraging legal-sized paper. I worked hand-in hand with the designers and content strategists who also gathered feedback from other go-to-market teams to ensure buy in. We also implemented a web friendly version flip book.

VIDEOS

I enjoy working on video scripts alongside production team members. I project manage the strategy and execution. From a post-production standpoint, I worked with our video production manager to edit specific video segments, request graphics providing design ideas, finalize, post to YouTube, created video descriptions, and put a plan together to add it to social media and the blog. Sales also uses them for prospecting and education. I also leverage Vyond to create animated and typography videos.

SEO GUIDES

SEO is a necessary approach to every part of content strategy - with the goal of elevating high-volume keywords across different marketing channels including content assets like eBooks, landing pages, social media, blogs, and third party content. This is SEO guide I launched around Lean Principles. With the different articles connected to the guide  and optimized with high-volume keywords, the guide has seen increased traffic and asset conversion.

BLOGS

Blogs offer a way to deliver new, fresh, relevant content to your target audience. I've have the privilege of owning the corporate blog strategy for more than 7 years. I write, edit, recruit and manage authors, adhere to a blog calendar, SEO strategy, work with developers on the UX, and implemented the blog newsletter with an integration into Marketo. I've also managed the M&A of other blogs, managing 4 blogs at once. I also set goals and track in Google Analytics and manage KPIs.
